There is a term in Ayurveda which encompasses the feeling of a clear and steady mind, the feeling of vitality as we wake up in the morning after a restful night's sleep, the feeling that our body is capable and strong and that we have something left to give at the end of the day.
Ojas is your body's deepest reserve of vitality.
It governs your energy, your resilience, your clarity, and your capacity to feel like yourself. It is formed as the final, refined product of proper digestion, nourishment, and balanced living.
However, when Ojas is depleted, life can feel like a never ending race. As you give but do not replenish, your reserve runs low, and it becomes harder to feel like yourself.
In many ways, the classical Ayurvedic understanding of women's health is an understanding of how well a woman is able to preserve and regenerate Ojas in a world that constantly asks her to spend it.
This is what zevā works to restore.
Ayurveda is a slow work. It looks at all aspects of your life: the food you eat, your daily habits, your relationships, your psychological as well as spiritual state, to understand how they connect.
So if …
… then you are in the right place.
Strong and balanced digestion builds Ojas. Weak digestion depletes it. In Ayurveda, Agni is the foundation of health.
Building up a daily routine of small yet consistent acts of nourishment that will help to restore and maintain your vitality.
The changing of the seasons also means a need for change in food, energy and routines. We work in rhythm with that.
Apana Vata governs the downward flow of energy in the body, including your cycle. We learn how food and daily rhythm can support it through the month.

You choose what fits, and we begin.
Hello beautiful one,
my name is Zsofi.
I built zevā because I experienced that if you let it, Ayurveda can shape the relationship with yourself into a lifelong devotion of care and trust.
As you learn to truly listen and apply the wisdom and the practices, you are building a natural reserve within that nourishes not only you, but the people and the world around you.
Hi there!
If you're not sure where to begin, you can simply tell me what drew you to Ayurveda and we'll take it from there.
