In short

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and videos are hosted on zeva.at itself, so visiting the site sends no data to Google or other third parties. Personal data is only processed when you write to me through a form or by email.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data that every browser sends, such as your IP address, the time of the request and the browser you use, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Contact forms

When you send a message through a form on this website, the details you enter (name, email address, your message and, where offered, what you are interested in) are transmitted to me by the form service Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) and delivered to my inbox. Web3Forms processes this data on my behalf, with Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission in place for the transfer outside the EU, and deletes stored submissions after three years at the latest.

I use your details only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare our sessions. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you choose to tell me about your health in your message, I process this information only because you shared it with me for this purpose (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You are welcome to keep the first message short and share more in our call.

Email

Emails to hello@zeva.at are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc.) to a mailbox provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). I use the content of your email only to reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

How long your data is kept

Enquiries are deleted once they are fully answered and no further contact is expected, at the latest after three years. If we work together, records that the law requires me to keep, such as invoices, are stored for seven years (§ 132 BAO).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, write to hello@zeva.at.

If you believe your data is not handled lawfully, you can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
